    Thanks to Superdad for this process.
    Here is how we handle tenant requests to end a FTT early:

    1. We remind the tenant that a FTT is not terminable by notice. We also remind them that they are not allowed to sublet the tenancy.
    2. We tell the tenant that if they do want to end the lease early, that we will agree to this under the following conditions:
    (i) That they advertise the property for rent.
    (ii) That they organise times to show prospective tenants through.
    (iii) That they forward any interested parties to us so we can do our full checks.

    We make it clear that if there is no suitable applicant, then we will not agree to terminate the tenancy.
