I've got a copy of that here too - because I think it's really important. I disappointed that they still don't have a printer friendly version for attaching to the tenancy agreement.

AND they still don't mention insurance except to say

A landlord must:
* Pay all outgoings (rates, insurance, land tax etc).

and this can't be right, the landlord only has to insure the building.

I'll follow up on this today.

I wouldn't call it printer friendly though as it's 20 pages long.

The size puts me off but atleast it's A4, the old one wasn't.

I don't fancy printing off 20 pages in colour. We have a couple of places I'm thinking about managing myself. If I do I think I will just order a few sets of brochures from the web site and give these to the tenants along with menus from the local takeaway and delivery shops.
