ANZ / NZPIF Survey
All responses from the survey have now been completed. With over 700 replies the ANZ have been delighted at the response. The response rate is much higher than we expected, and will give us a good sample size from which we can analyse the data.
An outline of the results will be published in the May issue of The NZ Property Magazine.
Congratulations to the winner of the Mitre 10 vouchers - Dr. Bob Stewart, from Palmerston North.
Bob, after winning the vouchers then donated them to the flood relief fund. The NZ Property Magazine gives a profile on Bob this monthly - so be sure to read it!
Conference 2004 - September 17 - 19th Dunedin
Conference this year is shaping up to be very interesting. All ready the OPIA have confirmed Bob Jones and Tony Christenson will be speaking with a couple more spots still to fill.
We have also signed up our first sponsor - Mortgage Link who will be speaking on the Sunday morning.

New PR ProgrammeThe first round of these is now posted on the website - under the events section, in both the members only and general area. For more information you can call 0800 83 62 62 or view their website The NZPIF is embarking on a PR programme in order to lift the profile of both the Federation and the local associations. Part of our objective is also to make it clear in the political arena what our viewpoint is on issues concerning landlords. The first of our Press Releases is in the members only section of the website titled "Protecting landlord's access to tenant credit checks" an article should appear in this week's Sunday Star Times. Additional press releases will appear on the website as they are completed.
