Recommended Real Estate agent in Hamilton

Hello, we are selling an inherited, 2 bedroom rental unit in Chartwell suburb, Hamilton estimated value up to 500k.
I have no idea about which agent to choose i.e. based on commission and performance for this category of property.
Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks kindly !

Start with understanding what your home is worth go to homes.co.Nz and put in your unit address you may be surprised with what it says.

Home are selling themselves ie it’s a seller’s market. I’ve had a good experience with Tall Poppy and they have a fixed fee based on an expected sale price range. If your property sells for more you don’t pay more.

The market is so hot some agents are not doing open homes. Watch out for lazy agents. You could get some references ie speak to sellers and ask them about the sales process and agent etc.
