    Any experiences legal or separate?

Hi there team, i have already presented this message out there a few weeks ago. But would appreciate any suggestions...
Perhaps i posted it in the wrong forum, but here it goes again!

Is it an ideal situation to have your personal and business activities administered by the same lawyer/law firm?

    Cheers - Ocean01

      Good morning,

I remember this post. If the lawyer knows who you are and what your needs and requirements are then using the same people would save you a fair bit of time and effort (and more than likely money too) I would imagine. I don't see a reason why you shouldn't use the same people. For example do you use the same bank for personal and business banking? There are fewer transaction and administration fees if you do.

I cant see anything wrong with using the same lawyer. It would probably be cheaper.
The only exception I can think of is if there is a conflict of interest between yourself and your business. But I cant think of why that would happen. Is there anything you dont want your business lawyer to know about your personal affairs?
