i have been lurking for a wee while now and thought i would take the plunge and join.

i am yet to buy a property but will be looking to buy sooner rather than later.

i am looking in the auckland region and maybe northland / coromandel too, for either a main dwelling or an investment.

no-doubt i'll have lots of questions but i am sure that people on here will help out.
