Don't get it.

person is paranoid

thinks everyone is watching them

filming their actions

moving things around the house to mess with their heads etc etc etc

taking the little pills makes this feeling go away

but sometimes they avoid taking the pills as it dulls their edge

then the feelings start to creep back until even their pancakes are watching them

surprisingly common
