i find aritcles such as this sexist...come one...it has nothing to do with whether you are male or female..it has everything to do with knowledge and passion... Potential investors are always afraid of their first investmenst regardless of sex.

I agree King Kong. When I wanted to learn about Property Investing I just started learning - reading mainly... It makes no difference to me who is at our local PIA. I guess the majority are men but I never really noticed.

I do like meeting up with other women who are investors though - thats more for a social reason, rather than thinking I need separate learning opportunities.

Why would I need extra hand holding just because I'm female? I got taught by my mother very early on that its a mans world, get used to it, and then use your womenly wiles to get what you want! LOL ;-)
