  • Mental Health During COVID-19: Signs Your Child May Need More Support

The ongoing stress, fear, grief, uncertainty created by COVID-19 pandemic has weighed on all of us, but many children and teens have had an especially tough time coping emotionally.

Even with the protection of the COVID-19 vaccines now available to children old enough for them, pandemic-related stress and traumas may have lasting effects on the developing minds of children and teens.

I believe the children are our future, so no matter what happens, we have to protect them at all costs especially in these trying times.

A little bit of empathy goes a long way. A teenager was in the park near us with his drone. First thought was - he's breaking the L4 rules. The next thought was to wait to see what happens next. He walked around the park with his drone - exercising and he never flew it. While it would have been easy to come down hard on him for having the drone with him, that would not have been the right thing to do - as you say Drowninside it's easy to lash out and much harder to reframe and show tolerance. Who knows what the teenager was going through that a walk with his drone sorted out.

    cheers,

    Donna

If you dig down deep enough there is no protection from from the vaccine, possibly the opposite. Side affects suggest children should not be getting it

Facts indeed, but have you wonder why he didn't made the drone fly up?

              Thanks, chook.

I already read this thread and all I can say is that, we shouldn't be careless even we are already vaccinated. It does prevention and not a 100% cure.
