    • Thanks.

      That was a cool clip.
I liked the pipe smoking designer.
So many of them died 20 years before their time, from lung disease.
Such is the price of fashion.

I wonder what they would make of the high density houses of this past surge?
Especially the lack of functionality (parking wise).

According to this chart in 2023/2024 you will be able to pay all of today's mortgage debt off with a few months worth of rent.

Hyperinflation will be good for debt holders bad for everyone else..I'll pay my debt of when average nz rent is $2000 to $3000 pw.

Wouldn’t we have to see huge wage growth for this to happen, I know cost of goods are going up so yes wages have to follow don’t they??

Why banks are reluctant to lend..

Debt is a hedge against inflation

When you buy assets you are shorting the dollar
(Betting against the dollar) betting that your assets will increase in future value many multiples in value than the original purchase price or original debt.

Wealthy people know this and go out and buy real estate, shares, commodities etc..

What they don't realize they are doing is by protecting yourself against inflation... you are also creating inflation..

                                House prices have increased 20%

                                Shares have increased 40%

Expect everything else food, gas, power, rent, wages to follow ...
