  • Yeah I trust and love property that's were most of my wealth is..

I don't trust governments taking your wealth.

Always pays to have an ace up your sleeve.

I don't know all the tenancy laws and regulations that's why I use a property manager.
I don't know the legal frame work of tax that's why I use an account.
I don't know the law on property rights, trust, land laws, deceased estate.thats why I use a lawyer.

      I can't rewire a house legally so I use a qualified electrician.

I pay for all these services and they have saved me tens of thousands over the years.

Sometimes you don't need to re learn just leverage someone else's knowledge to increase wealth or cash flow.

I have no doubt this is all apart of "The Great Reset "

I have always predicted a massive wealth transfer coming and a wiping out of half the middle class

                • My job in South Auckland takes me to some interesting places, I can be in the most expensive part of town like Remuera or the heart of Mangere town centre where I was today.

One big difference today in Mangere was the fact that it was like a ghost town, I asked one of the shop keepers there why it was so dead and he said since the last lockdown he just wasn’t seeing the customers, he told me he thinks it was his customers were starting to feel the pinch, in all his years owning the shop he has Never seen it this deserted!

I looks as if the spending at the bottom of town has tanked as employment, cost of living and panic buying has subsided , why aren’t our media reporting this??

i guess this is where it is always hits the hardest and longest anyway.

Majority of my properties are in working class suburbs across our main cities .My median capital gain year on year is 33%.

Which means if there is a correction in the housing market I will most likely take a hard hit,but realistically I don't care because I don't plan on selling, never have, never will.
