      • I remember an investor who bought 7 properties in Clendon during the GFC.
I bought a couple there when they were in the low mid 200s,I wonder if he's still got them.

Good hard working people there, pity they don't understand there tax slaves in the matrix.

Clendon to $1,000,000 in 24 months or earlier.

        • The problem with property investors who don't invest in south Auckland, Cannons Creek,Stokes Valley, Christchurch east is these investors were born with a silver spoon up there arse and are afraid of there own shadow and things that go bump in the night.

If you told them the truth Jeffa Would they even listen, people in general only hear what they’ve been conditioned to. And in south Auckland it’s keep head above water. Sad

Its not the cv or the purchase price, its the dollar that's loosing its value.

You're being taxed for your time as a slave.

The slave tenant or home owner will be slaving there life away to pay Satan's banks $820,000.

Not all asset classes move as one, if you can't afford to buy property right now there are other investments to increase your purchasing power, the property cycle we are going through is no different except for more zeros being added..this has been happening since 1971.

Commodities are a good investment or Oz property has a big year coming before the borders open, with the profit you make from that can be put towards property or other investments.

Its just a game being controlled by the puppet master..

The funny money that's been printed, does that cause the devalue? More money due to low int costs push asset prices up, if the wages are relatively flat, the poor tax slave will have to work until they are 95! Would have never thought you'd have to pay $820k for a 3 bed in an average area. Insane.

They should really put their house saving back a few hundred and look after that dental work.

But yes, young people should really be getting on with living life, and starting a family, in a secure nest,
