Do low interest rates for depositors count as being "squeezed" ?

Id say it does! As depositors money looses value compared to the real rate of inflation as opposed to government and RB calculations + more tax gathered on cash thats already been taxed to oblivion.

With out savers, banks have no real purpose except as funnels for funny currency...
