I have received this e-mail from a fellow Landlord that owns the property next door.
"Dear ##
Unfortunately we have got a problem reported to us by our property manager - your tenants from either the front or rear flat are responsible for a car backing into our boundary fence and breaking a post, a couple pailings and damaging our letterbox last weekend - they were hooning around doing donuts in the culdersac after a gathering.
Can we please have the name and number for your property manager so we can get our property managers to discuss this problem and necessary repairs/costs.
Cheers

So, Am I responsible (or rather Liable) for the actions of my Tenants?
The Dog
I'm kicking them out anyway. They are part way through a 90 day notice.
