Tenants say they are not to blame for damage to a Palmerston North rental property - that they vacated back in January. The tenants are appealing the $13K ruling. It's worth a read, if you're happy with your tenants!
Fingers crossed procedure was followed and the ruling stands. Not that the Landlord can really expect to receive payment.
