Hi

We have just been through the eviction process, our tenants being asked to leave after failure to pay rent. We have to commend the staff at Allen Realty, Auckland, thanks guys.

The case went to the tribunal where an order was placed on the tenant to pay $1300. This has now been handed over to Baycorp. Is there any likelihood of seeing any of this money?

We would also like to recommend Rentsure Landlords Policy, could have been stuffed without it !!

If you are allowing Baycorp to follow the court process, then yes, you are likely to get your money back eventually.

If you didn't allow Baycorp to follow court procedure then, it's pretty unlikely if you're dealing with people who aren't worried about their credit rating. In this case, either let them go through the process or do it yourself.
