Owner or PM on TT orders

Quick question regarding TT orders. Should the order have the Property Manager's name on the order or the owners name on the order?

I've got a copy of an Order that only lists the PM and not the owner. As I understand this, that means that only the PM has a legal right to the chase the debt, the owner has to wait for payment from the PM.

As the owner, what should be on the TT Order? Can I get the debt signed over to me?

As the owner, you need to apply to the court for the person who wrote the order to change it.

We ask for both the owners and our names to be listed. Sometimes that doesn't happen.
