You own less than 5 IP's - do you use a PM?

There has been statements made that one should manage their own IP's. I would be interested to find out those that use PM's.

It's just easier and my PM rates are reasonable. I also live overseas.

Property Management

Two (out of 5) of my properties are overseas - Nelson.
Naturally I get Glenn to manage them.
The 3 in Upper Hutt I manage myself, although I have had some coaching from Glenn.

two properties, carefully screened tenants, a few issues but not worth giving up a fat percentage of my rent on cash neutral properties.

I'm in the same city as them too, and prefer to keep an eye on them myself.
