    Do landlords or property managers have properties checked at end of a tenancy for drugs use inside property? Could others recommend firms that carry out these tests?

      Hi.
      There was quite a lot of talk about this a few years back.
      I think they might be bored with the subject.
      Or your title needs to be longer than just one word.

        Thanks for your response. It appears the subject came up on Propertytalk around 2007/2008. The situation will surely have changed since then.

          There has been a lot of discussion on the 'P' contamination topic since then - basically lots of testers made a lot of $$$ then the law changed and now most have moved onto something else - probably moisture barrier installation. See this search for drugs use etc
