I've only ever reused the trademe ads for flatmate or room rent situations which are less stable situations.. These ads are actually free anyway.
Most housed tenants stay at least a year or more, so I don't bother refreshing the ad, even though the fee of $190 I consider quite high, Trademe remains the best advertising place.
