apartment at a holiday resort?

I receive the same guaranteed amount per month, regardless of occupation. I am currently looking to purchase another one. I like them because the place is inspected and meticuously cleaned on a daily basis, damage is reported and repaired immediately, no hassles with tenants. (touch wood) Return is better than return on a similar sized apartment outside of the complex and I can use the apartment myself for x number of days per year for minimal cost, which doesn't affect the return.

Thanks for your reply Aston.Its good that you have a fixed monthly amount.Is your unit in the longer term lease pool or short term holiday pool?I worked
a lot in the industry in Queensland for 7 years and have a special interest in the industry.Please let me know if you would like my input in the future--no cost
Im a semo retired accountant.You have to be very careful buying in as the laws around body corporate managers in this country are very outdated or non existent
