  • Tenancy terminated but havnt moved out- Get police involved?

Anyone had experience where a tenancy has been terminated and possession order but tenants still stay in the property? Do you get police involved?

You wait two clear days, pay $200 and get a bailif to move them on.

Don't wait the 2 clear days, apply now. It will take them more than 2 days to deliver on it.

Yip, apply now. Then have the court tell you you have to wait two clear days.

Unfortunately you do need to get a bailif.

Yep.....you will need to apply through the MOJ to get a bailiff to execute an eviction, it used to be free but now there is a fee involved.....if the tenants don't move out once the bailiffs turn up then you can get the police involved...hope that helps
