Concrete tile roof repair/contractor recommendation needed Takanini area

Hi,
I have a one level brick and tile house leased to hnz who have informed me that roof has a leak. I need to send a contractor to inspect/repair, any recommendations who to use in Takanini area please?
Also house is less than 10 years old, is this a common thing to happen, any advice gratefully received, thanks.

if its just started leaking somebody has probably been up there, not hard to break tiles if you dont know what you are doing

Yes that's what I thought and I've gone back to hnz and asked for more info.

I will probably have to get this done and argue the point later so if anyone can recommend a good tradie for me please do
