Costco comes to Drury

Looks like Costco is coming to drury! Along with Kiwi property groups new mall, drury and surrounding set to go off! Glad I hung onto property in Papakura. Yee hoo!!!

Costco we’re going to come to Kapiti - yeah hard to imagine there’d be the population but also believable if they’re earmarking it to happen in a few years as it’s a fast growing area.

No offence to Wellington, but it’s a 2 horse race between South Auckland and Canterbury

Id give the Auckland region another Costco considering it grew the population size of Hutt City in only 10 months, makes more financial sense

No but a guy who started the drury community group on Facebook is pretty confident it’s dury, he also had inside info on the Westgate store before any media release. I mean who looks to the MSM for their news these days.

im hoping and praying it’s comes south. Not because I love the place but for the opportunity it brings with it.

Once the town centre and surrounding is finished it’s said to be the same population size as Napier.

Elia Kim it's not Drury per se. They are calling the area Drury south but really it's ramarama. I think it's just a marketing thing so that people from other parts of Auckland don't think. It's far away lol. I live in an ex show home. There's about 300 or so houses and it common knowledge to everyone living here. Apparently the developers have been very open that a Costco is going in down the road in the retail area. I'm puzzled as to why you'd ask if I lived in the area when I just said I did lol
