Hi, Thanks if someone can give opinion: If the loan is due now, how long should re-fix the loan for? How long high interest will last? Any strategy to reduce total amount of repayment, e.g. split loan into various parts and fix in various term lengths?

How much fat do you have in your cash flow.
Lots of fat, fix short.
Very little fat, fix long.

Fixing is a bit like insurance giving you security.
interest rates are still historically pretty low . Most of the last twenty to thirty years normal was 9% to 10%.
High was 15% plus
For any one who purchased twenty to thirty years ago they lapping up these cheap sub 6% rates !

Try to repay as much of your loans as you can while the interest rates are so cheap and profitability is so high you may not be able to do this later
