Watched the Luxton / Willis interview on ch 3 news at 6pm...pathetic and childish interrogation by an amateur Labour voting reporter on how much did Luxtons real estate portfolio go up in value in the last 2 years and how many houses does he own?
For gods sake how about a question on how he will start to fix this mess up of a once great little country when he is PM in 2 years!Comment

Well Labour have not only messed with property investment, the great NZ sacred cow, they have practically tried to shoot its legs off.
A strategy that has a 100% success rate for losing elections.
List of tax crimes
Ring fencing of rental losses
Removal of interest deductibility
Bright line test - capital gains tax in every sense but name.
Even the IRD told them that Property investment was never tax favored, but never let the facts get in the way of a good socialist takeover.
