Jump TV is producing a second series of Property Climbers and I'm on the lookout for people doing just that.

We need a range of stories from first time buyers to old hand investors.

If you're one of those people I'd love to hear from you. Or if you have clients, friends or colleagues who may be interested - put me in touch and I'll explain what's involved.

The programme's about inspiring people to climb the property ladder - it's not about disaster stories!

There are benefits to being invoved for buyers and sellers with expert advice to help guide the process. Individuals and firms in the property market will of course know, there are also obvious benefits that come with positive exposure.

I'm keen to hear from others on the the site - any suggestions for the programme? What would you like to see on Property Climbers? What kinds of investors would you like to see? How intestered are you in seeing how people investing in commercial properties? What reservations would you have about being involved, if any? I was asked a few years ago about this but decided against it, not sure if it was you guys but the name somes familiar, I want more info before I will commit, but if it inspires others to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others that is ok.

I am going away on Tuesday for pretty much 3 weeks all but a couple of days I have home inbetween trips so probably couldnt talk to you before mid July but can answer an email up till monday night.

To everyone who has responded to this thread with great positive feedback about series one of Property Climbers and to all those who've registered their interest in being involved in series two, thankyou.

We've heard from some really amazing people in all kinds of different situations who are doing really well in the property market. All of their stories are inspirational and that's brilliant, it's exactly what we're looking for.

We still want to hear from others who are climbing the property ladder. Anyone who is out there giving it a go and really enjoying property we'd love to hear from you.

Good series that,side tracking abit but thought you might like to know if you are not aware, that the percentage of people with more than 2 rentals is 2% of all investors in property.

I was filmed for this series and was told May/June 2007 when I first began. I was speaking to them the other day and was told "soon" they were working with slotting it in with TVNZ, could possibly start when Mucking In finishes? Looks like August/September.

We have have no feedback whatsoever from them.

I haven't got a clue at all when we're meant to be on, or even that the show was screening.

I only happenned to see it advertised on telly last night.

Who'd let you know the finer details?
I'd PM'd OllyN a while back regarding this, but he obviously had better things to do than even give a response to my question.I had no reply at all from him.
