Is there any nz web sites that have all the agents listins from the various agencies?

Is Terranet useful?

does not list all agencies it is certainly worth keeping an eye on.

The simple answer is "no".

But, there are plently of sites that advertise a large number of listings, two of which are mentioned above.

Try also the sites of the various different agencies, such as Harcourts, Ray White, First Nationa, and so on.

Terralink? Invaluable, but depends on what you want to use it for.
