  • Anyone worked with a social housing trust? Dangers?

On our rental in Auckland we?ve been approached by a social housing trust. They have offered to take the tenancy and then they sublet to a family they are supporting. They take a pretty hands on approach including budgeting support, social worker, regular visits etc.
From a business point of view this seems like a good idea to me. They take legal responsibility for any damage and they pay the rent rather than the tenant.
If anything goes wrong we have an established organisation to chase rather than an individual.
Anyone had good/bad experiences doing this? Anything we should watch out for?
    Thanks
