Hi All
Does anyone have any idea of what the current "up n coming" suburbs in Hamilton are? BY that I mean the suburbs in Hamilton that could be slightly undervalued compared to the now booming suburbs or suburbs that could do well over the next 5/10/15 years due to fundamental infrastructure development or other reasons.
I understand that future capital growth is uncertain, but let's assume (for arguments sake) that trends can be extrapolated to provide data around current suburb selection.
