I guess that's why they're so studiously reducing their carbon emissions????
You do realise CO2 and air pollution with heavy metals are 2 different things? You breath out CO2 so would you like to stop breathing to "offset" the impact?

Just the scientific method at work.
Without going in too much detail current theory says neanderthal were different species to present day human who relate to cromagnon. Neanderthal were super predators who died out together with their pray - mammoths, etc.
So again you're not talking much sense I'm afraid

hardly relevant to predictions for 2018

but nowadays neanderthals (and to a lesser extent denisovan and at least 1 other ancient human) are widely considered to be an earlier sub species of homosapiens

Neanderthals (UK: /niˈ├Žndərˌtɑːl/, also US: /neɪ-, -ˈɑːn-, -ˌtɔːl, -ˌθɔːl/ (Homo neanderthalensis or Homo sapiens neanderthalensis) are an extinct species or subspecies of archaic humans in the genus Homo, who lived within Eurasia from circa 400,000 until 40,000 years ago.

        Species - Wikipedia

        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Species

Jump to Mayr's biological species concept - A species is often defined as the largest group of organisms in which any two individuals of the appropriate sexes or mating types can produce fertile offspring, typically by sexual reproduction. .

most non-african, present day humans have about 2-3% neanderthal or ancient human dna

that dna seems largely to have hung around in the modern human genome because it is useful

eg modern tibetans appear to have unique genes inherited from ancient denisovans which enable them to extract oxygen from from the high altitude environment of the tibetan plateau

The useful chart at the below link shows REINZ actual NZ median sales prices per month. It can be adjusted to show individual locations and different time scales. Up and down but overall up. December takes a dip, but still up over 2018.

And this very simple chart shows the monthly percentage change in house sales, along with the total value of the sector. Apart from the GFC percentage changes are positive.

                      Generalities versus specifics and averages.

Seems that the national trend is up, compared to the 2018 prediction / warning (over four years, though), that " house prices will fall gradually for the next four years."

Yes the papers normally don't allow commentary like that.

Their main advertisers - real estate agencies - tend not to like it.

So the main message is generally positive, all the time.

Three years on and yet another failed prediction by most of the main bank air-head econ-o-mists.

Why do banks even have them on their payroll?
