Residential Builder recommendation in Wellington

Hi

We are looking to build a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and single garage house at a hilly section (needs to be flattened out first). Can you guys please advise good builders? Best situation would be to get a complete package from someone as we don't to be going to all the different tradesmen or draftsmen etc .

Look at different foundation options. Most bulk builders preach the concrete slab, which is all very well and good unless your excavation costs blow out your budget.
