Hi all,

In Hamilton, if the land size is smaller than 700sqm (say 690sqm), does it rule out any chance of buidling a legal minor dwelling that you can rent out separately? And how about existing home + unit with section less than 700sqm? Does it also mean that it is not a legal home and income?
