Hi ppl, anyone familiar with the Nelson area?

We are looking to buy a lifestyle block to build our first home. Currently looking at Redwood Valley.

Anyone with any insights, feel free to comment.

    Thanks.

Redwoods valley is popular for lifestylers, it's one of the more expensive areas.
Theres also orchards, wineries and berry growing. There's a go cart course down the eastern end but I don't know how often it's used.
Close to rabbit Island and appleby river.
10 minute drive to Richmond. I'd be happy to live there.

I think Scott SI on here is there, as is Glenn. Both very experienced.
Free online Property Investment Course from iFindProperty, a residential investment property agency.

        Thanks for your reply.
Just wondering if there is any other areas similar to redwood valley that you would recommend?

I have a hard time looking for sections without ridiculous restrictive covenants.

When you say expensive, is it at a level of rip off? Just wondering...

Safety (crime level) wise, any idea?

        Thanks again...

I'm new on this forum. Is there an invite function for the thread?
