All good and bads comments and experimences about Hamilton East ( in the Special Residential Zone only) :.. school... street... people .. neighbours...houses.... as I am going to purchase a house Freehold 500 m2 3 beds room there.
Any recommended prices as until now . Thanks

Do you mind telling us which street you are looking at? I think each area has good streets and bad streets. In general I found Ham east close to the shops quite nice, good school zones.

What is a Special Residential Zone in Hamilton?
Do you mean Special Character Zone like Hayes Paddock?

Thanks for all the reply, It is Galloway street. I look at the map and see it says it is on Special Residential Zone ( not the Heritage Zones and Special Character Zone). First time I am aware of that , therefor I have no ideas what is the good and cons about it .
