Advice on Papaptoetoe

HI, I have owned a house previously that I sold..not sure if that was a good thing. As buying in the same market, is proving difficult!! After missing out on many houses at auction, I have finally came across one on Woodfield Road, Papaptoetoe. Could anyone reply with thoughts of the area? I would be owner occupied. Is the area safe? Is there good capital gain etc? Any information would help please.

I see that you are new here, so you may not know your way around. Have you done a search? Questions like yours get covered in all sorts of threads. If you search for 'papatoetoe' heaps of threads come up, including one discussing various parts of Auckland. That would be a good place to start. There is a huge body of info on here for those who look.

Papatoetoe area is good and safe. You can't go wrong. I have been living in papaptoetoe for 17 years.

There are good and bad parts, like most suburbs. Do some homework on Woolfield by asking property managers or even the Police.
