Cost of repiling an old house

    Hi,

Can someone please advice on the cost of repiling a 133sqm house? It was built in 1929. Thanks

Get a few quotes and find someone who knows renovations and ask about quality and risk... "Cheap" and "repiling" in the same sentence scares me...

Where is it and how much room underneath? Full repile or partial (maintenance)? Do you want someone to do it who will be around in 10 years or someone who has gone bust and trading under another name?
How long is a piece of string and are you going to compare apples with pears? My advice get someone who has a few accreditations to their name, CBANZ, Site Safe. And someone who is not just a repiler but has a building background.
