Advice for Purchasing a property before Auction

Wondering if anyone has purchased a property (with an auction date set) before it made it to auction?

Yes many times. They bring the auction forward to the next day usually that is the process.

Yes. The trick is to make an offer good enough to bring auction forward but not too good. I've seen properties go for way under value with this approach. I've kicked myself for not moving faster... nearly bid at one auction even though I had no finance. I had to literally put my hands in my pockets. Always be prepared to bid!!
