I searched your forums posts and one on the 5/5/13 and one on the 11/5/13, otherwise no other posts in May.

I'm guessing the thread has been deleted!

Surely a reason for deletion must be given?

Maybe it's because David Whitburn is a lawyer?

Wouldn't I have been messaged or advised somehow. All I did was ask a question?
Oh well if Matt Gilligan sees this thread can you repost your comments about fiducary duty so I can advise my lawyer. I sent him the link to read it and it's gone.

                Hi All,

It's in moderation - it is breaking the Forum rules - read no 2. (there is a link to the forum rules at the bottom - right hand side). For those of you that are regulars here - this should not come as a surprise - think - no real name etc - a clear rule breaker.

                cheers,

                Donna

Perhaps in future when a thread is moved to the mod section the offending poster(s) could be sent a PM explaining the reason why and giving them the option of including their full name so the thread can be reinstated. They can't exactly edit their post to include their name if the thread can't be accessed.

You can't ask questions without giving your real name?

Really? Umm read the forum rules TLL and then read the thread again.

                      cheers,

Good point you can not TLL - I can assure you (as you have been on here now for nearly 3 years and know how we moderate - the action taken is no different than usual). The thread contained an accusation that puts PropertyTalk in the firing line for legal action - especially more so when posters are not revealing who they are. Read no 2 of the rules - any post that is presents a threat to PropertyTalk is moderated.

                          Cheers,

                          Donna

So Damap didn't just ask a question as s/he says above?

No he/she (whoever Damap is) did not. Please relax and respect the moderation of these forums - we have not suddenly changed what we do - we are the same ole, same ole - moderating by the rules as we have done for nearly 10 years.

                              Cheers,
