I am in the process of getting equity out of the CHCH property market and want to invest in Auckland.
Rather than start again buying one house at a time I am looking at blocks of flats that I can add value to. I'm interested in blocks where I could unit title or where there is land at the back to build more.
I'd like to find someone in Auckland I can talk to who is actually investing in this way, and also a surveyor or anyone specialising in stepping through council processes for this type of thing.
I'd be very grateful for any contacts.
