        Hi bon333

good to see you are doing some homework, we trust you will be sensible enough to look past anonymous misdirection and puffery.

Here is a link showing over 60 million in unconditional real settled deals achieved in Auckland alone by our students.

            To property tutors

            Thanks for your reply
I just try ask from people who has done the tutoring program before so I can get the idea of how the course will be like. As I want to start my property investing.. I had been to your seminar before and I think that it would be easier to buy one good deal with the help from your team.

Wow they do look really good investments dont they...

I would be interested how you manage to get your renovation costs to such a rounded number. Are they actually real numbers or are you just making them up to suit?

You said above that they are unconditional sales, I gather by that you mean when the property was initally bought not when sold on after its renovation.

Interestingly it appears the post reno value is based on Estimates and that no valuer is required, why is that.

Looks a bit like ficton to me, but happy to be proven wrong.

              Cheers

With anything like this you've got to ask - where are they making their money?

Indeed, given their amazing equity gains you'd wonder why they would want to share the wealth

Possibly from the $25K mentoring fees? Or maybe margins on the properties they onsell to their students?

Obviously more profit to be made teaching others than actually doing it.
