  • Bad streets in Otara

I am looking for investment properties in south Auckland. Could anyone tell me these bad streets in Otara? You know,
those are almost no, no, no places?
    Many thanks.

Sorry I don't know Otara but you could call a local property manager, they should be able to help.

        Garrett Place.

Very, very rough. Gang controlled and dominated.

I saw a property there, very cheap and be there for quite a while. I could not
figure out why is that. I suspect it is the location.

I see. I drove by one day, indeed, it seems different.

Rongomai Rd and also Sandra Ave are rough as guts too. Of course it all depends on strategy and the deal for what constitutes 'good' and 'bad' from an investment perspective but if you are asking purely of the face of it which streets are 'rough' these definitely are.
                Cheers

There are no rough streets in Otara. Only misunderstood people left behind by society.

And some of those "misunderstood people left behind by society" are a hell of a lot rougher than other "misunderstood people left behind by society" who also live in Otara.

Not sure I see your point here mate?

No, AMR, just an enlightened soul who understands that the current system allows certain members of society access to greater opportunities than others.

"Rough" is a relative term, Tom.
