  • Free QV Reports

With QV's new 'My House Value Tracker', it's easy to keep track of the value of your biggest asset – your home. Not only do you get an instant snapshot of your home's current estimated market value, you can also see how it's changed over the last two years. What's even better is that you can keep on tracking your home's value for the next 12 months.
As a special launch offer this report is now FREE to view until the end of September. So to find out what's been happening to your home's value visit www.qv.co.nz/freereport now.

    The following errors were encountered:
My house value tracker is not available for this property. Please select another residential property
Yeah, really useful. Thanks for that freebie, Doug.

I am not really sure why this is useful. If you already own a house, you dont want a monthly reminder of how much it is worth do you.

Maybe traders do, but everyone else?

Manic depressives might want to know (in this market) as a form of net-worth self-flagellation.

For an active Property Investor, I think this could be a useful tool.

Shame there's a limit of 5 free reports under one e-mail address

I thought the trick on how to get more reports has been told many times here.

Just use a gmail or your websites domain name. Providing all emails get forwarded to main account holder.

Yeah, I get the same thing, the QV website is hopeless.

Ok I got a few of my properties' reports just for interests sake. Half got the same "not available" message, the others got graphs which surprisingly show strong growth over the last year despite all the doom and gloom. Hmmm, what to make of that?

OK, got it to work on one property, but it is pretty poor, and based on other houses in the area. I know houses have sold for a lot less then the value QV has quoted for them. I few years ago they were giving away proper reports

                    Same here!!!!

Earlier in the year I paid for a full report only to find that one part of the report was not available for my property (the house tracker value) yet I was still charged the full fee!!!!!

Half the addresses I put in were not available, the half that were showed such wild fluctuations I am tempted to question their reliability.

There are some errors that I found could not find my house in Westbrook but it showed up as West Brook.

                          Sorry guys, too bad.
I found this useful last year, so when the offer came through this year I was keen to share.

You only need to set up one account with gmail, as has been mentioned several times on PT already. Just put a plus sign after your email account name.

eg. Set up a gmail address: [email protected]

Then when registering for your reports (over the limit), you can enter your email addresses as:
                            [email protected]
                            [email protected]
                            [email protected]
                            [email protected]

Cube does own a website domain already so can use that method also.
