I understand the falling market 2-year time period etc, but poomba is talking about 10-15 year periods.
Only a clinically insane vendor would believe the market will still be falling in 10 yrs.
I'd be concerned about legal action from the estate, after that long period and the children discovering their parent's house is obliged to be sold at a fraction of its true value.
