Is Hybrid vinyl floor classy enough for floor for a house sale $1.4-1.60M?

appreciate advice: Is Hybrid vinyl floor classy enough for floor in lounge, dining, kitchen for house sale in good area $1.4- 1.6M? Or better use laminate floor? Will buyers think hybrid vinyl is cheap plastic (even it's hi-tech stuff)?I cannot see many house for sale use this.I am wondering.
