I currently live in Australia and I have a house in Randwick Park Auckland and it is sub-dividable. I am considering to do a subdivision and build a new house.
If I engage a builder in Auckland, will I be able to do all the paper work (including any Council related documents) via email? Due to the pandemic I will try to avoid going to Auckland at this stage. I have done a development project in Australia and I think this is possible, but I am not sure if I can do a development project in NZ without having to travel to NZ.
Any comments and suggestions are welcome.
