Whangarei minor dwelling size?

Interesting. They are using gross instead of net. They are including garage.

I seem to recall last year that the district plan for whangarei changed. This included changing zoning ratings from one system to another. One thing I noticed in this document (which I can no longer find) is that the definition of a minor dwelling would now be a maximum of 90m2 (from memory this is the national rule). But when I search WDC documents, I find its either 65m2 or 70m2. Maybe these just have not been updated.

Does anyone know?
