Design through to resource consent

Hi all, looking to put 4 townhouses on a section that currently has 1 x 1970's house. It should be possible given the zone. Any recommendatios for a company in Auckland to take the project from design / concept stage through to resource consent? We may sell the property at the point of resource consent being issued, so keen to avoid locking in a specific builder in initial stages. Thanks
