Pricing a right of access over property ?

Hi All,

i currently have a neighbouring property that wants to get a right of access through my entry. Essentially this is an easier point than there allocated entry.

any suggestions on how this could be priced or valued would be appreciated.

That’s a good question, you will likely know you need to get a valuer involved when adding the easement and involving finance so I would ask the neighbour to provide it and go from there.
