That's just madness.

Many major companies have been featured over here (UK) for exploiting a legal loophole allowing them to change locks, disconnect services and restrict access to a home for unpaid bills (power / gas / water etc)
Several homes were entered wrongly and it took legal intervention to get services reinstated.

Also showing on UK tv screens is a program like Target where dodgy tradesmen are exposed.
